Engineering @ 365 is currently working with a market-leading company based in Leicester, recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis.
Job Description:
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our client’s facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and systems to minimise downtime and maintain optimal productivity. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other technical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment. Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of faulty components to restore equipment functionality. Respond promptly to breakdowns and equipment failures to minimise downtime and ensure rapid resolution. Collaborate with production and operations teams to prioritise maintenance tasks and minimise disruptions to production schedules. Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history. Assist in the installation, commissioning, and other related tasks.
