We are looking for a
Shift Maintenance Engineer
to join us at our
Wigston
site in Leicester. The successful candidate will be highly skilled and motivated, focused on continuous improvement and will be responsible for delivering effective first class maintenance support to the 2 factories on site, working a
4 on 4 off shift pattern - two day shifts followed by two night shifts. The Role To ensure that plant and equipment downtime are kept to a minimum and building upkeep is maximised through efficient response times, continuous improvements, data acquisition and analysis To carry out and complete internal maintenance projects and continuous improvement activities To effectively deal with breakdown issues, temporary/permanent repairs and modifications To carry out routine planned maintenance and monitoring along with rectifying all maintenance issues that arise during the shift Ensure engineering stock is kept up to date and at the required stock levels Adapt an ‘Always Audit Ready’ approach Manage and improve standards of Health and Safety, hygiene, quality and food safety
