Maintenance Engineer
Lichfield Our Client is an FMCG manufacturing company. Following a decade of ongoing investment and development, they are looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer (50% Mechanical & 50% Electrical) to join their team to perform ongoing maintenance planning in the production plant. Hours: 0500 - 1700/1700 - 0500, alternating 3 on/3 off Salary: * £50,100 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) * Overtime 1.5x rate (24.75 Days & £28.05 Nights) Sunday & BH 2.0x rate (£33.00 Days & £36.30 Nights) * Realistic on-target earnings including overtime ± £55,000-£65,000 p/annum * Further development opportunities with higher salary once at the Specialist level Duties: Planned preventative maintenance on machines Reactionary maintenance on machines Working with food production and packing machines Daily reports to management Daily handovers with other Engineers Working within a team to maintain line efficiency Experience: General manufacturing experience required Experience in FMCG environments preferred Experience in Food manufacturing preferred Conveyor belt and Injection plastics environments highly advantageous High work ethic required If you are looking for job security and want to earn a highly competitive salary, apply online or contact our office now.
