Maintenance Engineer
Our client is a leading company within the food industry with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry-leading standards. Due to a company re-structure and development within the organisation, they are looking for a number of aspirational Multi-Skilled Shift Engineers to join their expanding team as they grow as a business.
Shifts & Benefits Package:
Shift: 4 on 4 off 12 hours days and nights rota Salary: £51,806 Benefits: Private Pension, Life Assurance, 5% bonus, £5,000 signing on Bonus Role & Responsibilities:
Provide front line maintenance support to the shift operations team Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency Dismantle and re-assemble all production equipment Electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance and improvement works Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer (electrical & mechanical) Track record of electrical fault finding & ideally knowledge of PLCs Must have exposure of working in a Food/FMCG manufacturing environment Self-motivated and able to work in a team Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices & continuous improvement mentality Must have a recognised apprenticeship to ONC/HNC
