Maintenance Engineer required for a well-established manufacturer who pride themselves on being a brand associated with quality. They have significant growth and investment plans on site. The role would suit

mechanically biased maintenance engineers , multi-skilled maintenance engineers, mechanical engineers, or mechanical fitters with experience working in a manufacturing environment. You must have sound knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Engineers will be apprentice trained or equivalent. Reporting to the maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for both reactive and pre-planned maintenance following a CMMS system. You will work on a wide range of production and process machinery within a plastics manufacturing facility. Mechanically, you will work on hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, drives, rivets, belts, and pumps. You will get involved in strip down and rebuild activities, continuous improvement projects, and facilities maintenance when necessary. Mechanical maintenance on production and process machinery Working within a plastics manufacturing environment Reactive maintenance Pre-planned maintenance following CMMS system Project and continuous improvement projects DAYS BASED. Monday to Friday Qualifications:

Mechanical maintenance engineer, mechanical fitter, mechanical technician Will ideally be apprentice trained or equivalent Must have experience working within a manufacturing environment
