You must have sound knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Engineers will be apprentice trained or equivalent. Reporting to the maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for both reactive and pre-planned maintenance following a CMMS system. You will work on a wide range of production and process machinery within a plastics manufacturing facility. Mechanically, you will work on hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, drives, rivets, belts, and pumps. You will get involved in strip down and rebuild activities, continuous improvement projects, and facilities maintenance when necessary.
