The day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults on factory machinery, performing regular maintenance and cleaning, and supporting the Maintenance Manager with the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and other structures. You'll also be responsible for keeping the maintenance workshop clean and safe, maintaining records of work completed, and undertaking any training required to develop your skills further. This role would suit someone with a background in engineering and machinery maintenance, looking for a stable, long-term position where you can develop your skills in a high-quality manufacturing environment.
