Maintenance Engineer £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Permanent Position Working hours: 6am - 2pm rotating to 2pm - 10pm Location: Birmingham Key Responsibilities: Maintain and improve availability targets for key performance equipment. Reduce changeover times for adaptability and capacity within agreed targets. Define and improve technical changeovers using lean techniques (i.e., SMED). Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities related to Production, Engineering & Manufacturing. Ensure all tasks are completed to the correct product quality standards. Support Production with equipment modifications and new product introduction. Minimum Requirements: Time-served apprenticeship to HNC level or similar qualification in a related engineering field. Experience within a similar role. Multi-skilled training with ideally an electrical bias. PLC fault finding and modifications experience. If you have the relevant skills for a
