About the Company: We’re partnered with a growing client providing value to the industrial laundry equipment industry. Servicing the public sector, pharmaceutical, hospitality, healthcare & manufacturing sectors – our client prides themselves on their sustainable approach & contributions to ‘net-zero.’ They manufacture and maintain their own equipment. Role Overview: Maintenance Technician (night shift, 7pm-7am) Joining their dynamic team based in Wiltshire, my client is looking for a Maintenance Technician to conduct PPM, fault finding & reactive maintenance work on-site. The ideal candidate will have a slight electrical bias with mechanical skills and really want to be part of a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities: Please note that this role is circa 55% electrically, 45% mechanically biased. Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault-finding and reactive work on the client’s industrial laundry equipment at their site. This role is circa 60% PPM, 40% reactive work. Electrical maintenance includes: working with PLCs, opening panels, reading electrical drawings, conducting maintenance on electrical components in washers & dryers (e.g., pressers & steamers). Mechanical maintenance includes: replacing pumps, valves, washing machine bearings, belts & motors. NOTE:

The shift pattern is 4 nights on, 4 nights off. Requirements: Minimum NVQL3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Ideally 2 years’ experience with PPM & Fault-finding on electrical systems & PLCs alongside conducting mechanical maintenance for the likes of pumps.
