We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer with expertise in both mechanical and electrical engineering to join our dynamic maintenance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our FMCG manufacturing facility by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving equipment, particularly in the areas of conveyors, motors, belts, and pumps. Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair:
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, including conveyors, motors, belts, and pumps. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution. Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, including rewiring and component replacement, to ensure equipment reliability.
Fault Finding:
Utilize advanced fault-finding techniques to quickly identify and rectify issues within the production line. Work closely with the production team to understand recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and other relevant safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work completed, etc.
