Maintenance Engineer
Maintenance Engineer focuses on respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and carry out effective fault finding and repairs.
What the role involves
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and carry out effective fault finding and repairs.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery and equipment.
- Supporting installation, testing and commissioning of new equipment.
- Provide feedback to production teams regarding downtime and corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively with production to improve processes and machine performance.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- Salary £50-52,500 depending on experience + Overtime + Pension + Training & Development.
- 4 nights on, 4 nights off (19:00 - 07:00).
- This is a permanent night shift position offering the opportunity to work with modern automated equipment while developing your technical skills within a supportive engineering tea.
