£47,000 - £50,000. Shifts: Week 1: Monday - Thursday - 6am 3:30pm. Friday 6am - 4pm Week 2: Monday - Thursday, nights 6pm - 6am Benefits:

As a Maintenance Engineer, your role includes: Address both mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance challenges throughout the factory. Execute planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, and condition monitoring activities for plant and equipment. Keep operations staff informed about machine breakdown statuses. Manage and execute departmental-based projects. Proactively identify and implement improvements in operational machine and resource efficiencies, considering their impact on other departments Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department. Collaborate with operations staff on daily operational engineering-related matters and continuous improvement initiatives. Explore innovative ways to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems. Required Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Strong electrical fault-finding experience. Minimum NVQ Level 3 in electrical or mechanical engineering is required.
