About the role: You will work as part of a flexible team with continuing responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high-quality property maintenance service to all relevant facilities. You will have a designated core skill (plumbing) and will be expected to lead in this area but will also be expected to undertake any property maintenance work within your range of competence. To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. Reactive service desk calls across relevant sites. Take part in an on-call rota covering 24/7 support. About you: To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified Plumber, NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds or higher, with significant relevant experience in commercial property maintenance. Travel within the local Wakefield region will be required for visiting client sites. Valid UK Driving licence is required. Work van provided for Company use. The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS with child barred list Check before starting in the job.
