To carry out straightforward planned and reactive mechanical maintenance work in a large commercial building located in Amesbury, including: Plumbing repair and maintenance Fault finding Testing water temperature Changing filters on air handling units This is a fantastic opportunity for a time served maintenance handyperson with experience in plumbing repair and maintenance and general building services maintenance. Essential Requirements:
