Cure Talent are thrilled to partner with a global Med-Tech leader who are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Plymouth. With a legacy of over 100 years in the medical industry, our partner is committed to improving the lives around the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-speed assembly machines at optimal performance, driving improvements through planned and reactive maintenance and troubleshooting. As the Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the output of high-volume manufacturing environment. Responsibilities will include: Maintaining automated assembly machines. Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. Liaising with external partners. Supporting the resolution of quality issues. Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns to ensure continuous manufacturing operations. Monitor equipment performance and provide technical input to maintain and improve process yields and efficiencies. Collaborate with the Projects Team to implement equipment changes and upgrades. Fault find and maintain automated equipment, continually improving systems and processes. Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records in line with stringent quality standards. To be successful:

Educated in an Electrical or Mechanical Discipline (ONC, HNC, HND, or degree). Experience in an automated manufacturing setting. Microsoft Proficient. Maintain high standards of record keeping and adherence to quality systems.
