Nights Week One: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Nights What You Will Do:

Provide process support to all assets, ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest operational standards. Offer efficient and professional service to the Operations Team, assisting with breakdowns to minimize lost time and waste. Guide and coach operators, assisting in developing best practices and supporting continuous improvement through identified projects and tasks. Monitor machinery during run time to prevent downtime and suggest routine maintenance programmes for improvements. Review production performance daily, suggesting improvements to increase productivity. Maintain a detailed downtime log and support the Quality and GMP requirements of the plant. What You Will Bring:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar technical role within the manufacturing or engineering sector. Strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business. A commitment to safety, understanding, and complying with Health & Safety regulations. The ability to work collaboratively, supporting the operating team and contributing to a self-sufficient environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
