Monday - Friday, Rotating Shifts (07:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00) Overtime Available Job Description: We are currently seeking two skilled Maintenance Engineers to join a high-performing team within a leading materials handling and automation site in Warwickshire. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of complex automated systems, playing a pivotal role in minimizing downtime and contributing to continuous improvement. If you have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering and thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, this role could be a perfect fit for you. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and preventative maintenance on automated systems and materials handling equipment. Diagnose and repair faults promptly, ensuring system uptime and productivity. Prioritize tasks effectively to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Work closely with colleagues to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Engage in a range of maintenance activities including electrical troubleshooting, system adjustments, and mechanical repairs. Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ideally with hands-on experience in automation and materials handling. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, particularly in a high-tech, automated setting. While both electrical and mechanical experience is valuable, there is a preference for candidates with a strong electrical background. What We Offer:
