Responsibilities: Plant Maintenance:
Ensure the plant's engineering capability aligns with business needs and address potential breakdowns promptly. Maintenance & Upgrades:
Manage the planned maintenance system, keep an adequate supply of essential spares, and be involved in equipment upgrades and installations. Communication & Teamwork:
Ensure smooth crew handovers, maintain clear communication with all relevant departments, and promote team collaboration. Safety & Services:
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and company regulations, and assist with the upkeep of site services.
Skills and Experience:
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrate solid technical competency and knowledge. Quality Assurance:
Showcase a clear understanding and adherence to food safety and quality standards. Core Values:
