The Role

As a

Maintenance Engineer , you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the smooth operation of factory equipment and systems in a supportive manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting reactive, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime. Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults. Supporting process control and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with team members to achieve production and maintenance targets. Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards. About You

We are looking for candidates who bring: Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing, FMCG, or factory environment. A mechanical bias, with relevant qualifications (HNC/HND preferred). Strong problem-solving skills, including knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. A proactive mindset and a team-oriented approach. Why Join Us?
