Maintenance Shift Engineer

Join a dynamic Engineering Team, working 4 on 4 off, 12-hour rotating day and night shifts. You'll report to the Site Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule. Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical/electrical equipment. Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve equipment reliability. Conduct asset criticality studies, FMECA, and CMMS tasks. Lead problem-solving efforts and implement efficiency improvements. Ensure effective shift handovers and collaborate with OEMs for technical support. Promote safety, hygiene, and 5S standards across the site. What You Bring:
Strong experience with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance. Ability to identify and solve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
