Maintenance Engineer

£42,500 + £6500 Callout Allowance + Bonus
Days - (8am - 5pm) Mon - Thurs (8am - 3pm) Fri
Benefits: Monday to Friday days role - Early finish on Friday, flexible hours Company Bonus scheme based on performance, worth between £3000 - £5000 a year. 8% employer pension contribution (2% Employee) We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical bias to work as part of a highly sustainable FMCG environment that supports the local community. As a business, we have gone through periods of continued growth since forming back in 2017 and are looking to expand our maintenance division as a result. Your roles and responsibilities will include: Maintaining and repairing pumps, conveyors, presses, gearboxes, turbines, steam boilers, and crushing sites. Following closely the preventative maintenance plan and carrying out general inspections. Managing a mixture of PPMs and reactive maintenance; participating in major projects coming up in the next 18 months. Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias. Some form of formal qualification, ideally to minimum Level 3 (NVQ/City and Guilds/HNC/D). Prior experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
