By ensuring timely resolution of production breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating on improvement projects, you will help maintain the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance, contributing to improved patient outcomes worldwide.

Your role:

You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving production breakdowns, both electrical and mechanical. You will perform predictive and preventive maintenance and calibration tasks, ensuring schedule compliance and maintenance of records in the CMMS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on root cause analysis and improvement projects. You will provide training to the operations team on performing minor maintenance tasks.

Your expertise: Background in electrical or electronic engineering, within a maintenance environment. Experience in developing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Experience in administering CMMS software for efficient maintenance management. Ability to interpret PLC code and effectively diagnose and resolve faults in automated systems. Understanding of standards in a regulated industry, with a focus on maintenance compliance. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to solve complex maintenance issues.
