Develop a thorough understanding of our manufacturing equipment and processes, and champion the Zero Harm policy by adhering to safety guidelines and identifying improvement opportunities. Work diligently to minimise equipment downtime through preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and contributing to design reviews for new equipment. Follow department processes, adopt a continuous improvement mindset, and assist in business improvement initiatives. Ensure all maintenance duties align with the Maintenance Schedule, promptly address equipment breakdowns, and manage contractors to ensure safe operations with appropriate permits and risk assessments. Look for and actively embrace internal opportunities to grow and develop oneself. Business & Equipment Knowledge: Develop a clear understanding of our manufacturing equipment and processes. Safety: Champion the businesses Zero Harm policy. Adhere to safety processes and guidance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement regarding safety. Equipment Reliability: Work diligently to minimise equipment downtime through preventative maintenance activities, reactive resolution of unplanned errors, and contributing to design reviews for new equipment. Process & Improvements: Understand, learn, and follow our department processes. Adopt a continuous improvement mindset, identify process bottlenecks and areas for optimisation. Assist in business improvement initiatives when requested. Reliability: Perform all maintenance duties in line with the businesses Maintenance Schedule. Promptly respond to equipment breakdowns and apply a logical approach to fault diagnosis and repair. New Equipment: Contribute to design reviews to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, operability, and maintainability of new equipment being designed/specified for deployment in the factory. Contractor Management: Ensure works contractors are operating safely and with appropriate Permits/Risk Assessments & Method Statements. What You Bring

Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to understand complex problems and apply logical methodologies to find solutions. Proven significant experience with fault diagnosis and repair. Who is Siemens Energy?
