They are committed to producing the highest quality products and maintaining the highest standards in their Engineering and Manufacturing departments. Job Description Maintenance and repair of all production equipment in the FMCG manufacturing facility. Ensuring optimal machine performance by conducting routine checks and implementing preventative maintenance measures. Complying with all health and safety standards in the workplace. Collaborating with the Engineering team to improve production processes and equipment efficiency. Troubleshooting technical issues in a timely and effective manner. Participating in the development and implementation of new manufacturing methods. Documenting all maintenance work and reporting any major issues to the Engineering department. Assisting in the training of new team members as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Maintenance Engineer should have: Apprenticeship trained Demonstrable experience in equipment maintenance within the FMCG sector. A deep understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and department heads.
