4 on, 4 off (Continental) As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing key machinery and equipment within a fast-paced bakery production environment. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of operations, with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will work as part of a dedicated engineering team, specialising in electrical maintenance and fault-finding. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine and reactive maintenance on a range of bakery machinery and equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical faults and systems. Perform planned preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure production schedules are met. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or food production environment. Strong electrical background (City & Guilds or equivalent). Knowledge of PLCs, inverters, and other electrical systems. Excellent fault-finding skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Next Steps:
