Engineering Team Leader :
For the successful Engineering Team Leader our client is offering: Up to £65,000 per annum 4 on 4 off shift pattern including days and nights Permanent role with a progressive company Annual company bonus Generous benefits package Great company culture Progression and Development Chance to join a market leading company The role – Engineering Team Leader: People management including delivery of performance reviews, development, and coaching of the team Ensures own activities are aligned to overall business objectives and knows how current performance impacts the bottom line Support and drive internal (KPIs) both individually and for your team to meet company objectives The motivation of engineering team through effective leadership, coaching, and development Completion of performance reviews in order to drive improvements Completion of adequate shift handovers What our client is looking for in an Engineering Team Leader: Must hold recognised Electrical/Mechanical qualifications -
ESSENTIAL Experience in managing an on-site team within a regulated environment -
ESSENTIAL Must be an effective communicator with strong people skills Ability to motivate people to achieve company objectives Key skills or similar Job titles: Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Team Leader, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor
