Our client in the Coventry area is looking for a Maintenance Engineering Lead to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!
Benefits:
Salary - £40,000 to £60,000 per annum DOE
Working hours - Monday to Thursday - 08:00am to 16:30pm / Friday - 08:00am to 13:00pm
Early finish on Fridays!
32 Days Holiday (Including bank holiday)

Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate contracted services for specialist maintenance tasks.
Procure and oversee the installation of plant and equipment.
Design and draft bespoke items of tooling and equipment used in specialist machinery using AutoCAD software.
Maintain and improve bespoke electroplating plant systems.
Work on-site to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of machinery and equipment.
Provide support on installation on new bespoke machinery.
Manage any electrical issues and assign repair orders where necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience within a similar role.
Proven experience in an industrial background.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
Excellent organisational and fault-finding skills.
(Desirable)
Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs. (Desirable)
