In this role, you will be working with level 1 and level 2 apprenticeships who are going through the maintenance engineering apprenticeship. Your role will be to train, coach, and mentor highly motivated junior maintenance engineers who are looking to become level 3 qualified and times served. The ideal candidate will be a maintenance engineer from a manufacturing environment who wants to move into an education-based role. Candidates will need either the NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
