As our new Chief Fix-It Officer, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring our Holiday Homes, buildings, and grounds deliver the optimum, yet safe experience for our guests. You will plan the daily workload, delegating jobs to your team so that tasks can be completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This means: Making sure your team of Maintenance Assistants and Operatives have the tools, training, and guidance to achieve their tasks safely and to a high standard. Putting our guests first, you and your team will build positive relationships to resolve queries with minimal disruption to their stay with us. Compliance is key! You will make sure all maintenance jobs are recorded accurately on our company system and that all Health & Safety guidelines are being adhered to. Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new Maintenance Assistants and Operatives. Monitoring and checking your team's work, with a focus on continuous improvement. Controlling your budget and ensuring costs are managed effectively. Planning, implementing, and delivering winter and summer work programs of repair and maintenance. Are we the right fit for you?
