Role Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Manager at Hotel Name, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel by managing and maintaining its physical assets and infrastructure. Your responsibilities include: Overseeing and managing the hotel's maintenance team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Planning and executing maintenance and repair activities for the hotel's facilities, including rooms, common areas, and mechanical systems. Managing and ensuring the proper functioning of essential systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems. Scheduling and supervising preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and operational disruptions. Collaborating with other departments to address maintenance-related issues promptly and efficiently. Managing maintenance budgets and expenses while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards. Evaluating and recommending improvements to enhance the hotel's physical assets. Handling maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolutions. Key Requirements

You should possess the following skills and qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance management within the hotel or hospitality industry. Strong technical and mechanical knowledge, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively. Proficiency in IT applications for maintenance management. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental standards. Benefits
