As a Maintenance Technician on our team, you will make sure our residents live in a place that is proactively inspected and superbly maintained helping to create the safe and attractive environment our residents deserve. You will conduct a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services, apply basic fixes to equipment and systems and ensure facilities are fully functional. You'll also carry out audits and make sure records are kept up-to-date. It is an excellent opportunity that offers a varied and busy workload with no two days being the same. About you: You will need some experience of property maintenance to join us as a Maintenance Technician. You will enjoy completing general maintenance tasks and conducting basic repairs to help maintain the high standards of the home. From helping residents decorate their rooms to replacing fixtures & fittings this is a varied and busy role which will require flexibility and great team-working skills. Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a DBS check and must be authorised to work in the UK.
