Maintenance Lead

Our client is a market-leading Tier 1 Automotive manufacturer, seeking a lead maintenance engineer to join their team. The role will be responsible for the maintenance of site machinery as well as managing a team of maintenance engineers around their daily tasks. Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Lead
Take direction from Site Services manager Direct and develop maintenance technicians Support other group leaders / department managers’ needs Address concerns raised by work team members and provide feedback Escalate serious concerns on machines and equipment immediately to operations manager Respect company systems and procedures Respect customer quality standards TPM system defined and operating to include corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance FMEA to identify all critical parts Tool maintenance and improvement request system in place Maintenance workshop and stores 5S system in place Reporting format designed and data recording in place Bi-annual PDR with team members Safe systems of work defined Report daily performance information into operations review meeting Establish library of drawings and manuals for all machines and auxiliary equipment PDCA action plans reviewed weekly Qualifications & Experience – Maintenance Lead
