What are your responsibilities?
Manage routine servicing and regular inspection of all electrical, mechanical, and other equipment of the facility, including boilers, high-pressure pumps, and gearboxes.
Repair and maintain all equipment on site
Clearly relay issues with the system to the people responsible for the maintenance of Heat Pumps or CHPs.
Maintain records of the repair and maintenance work conducted in the facility.
Lead maintenance projects.
Coordinate and produce feedback on the functionality of the machinery and equipment.
What are your requirements?
Mechanical and electrical engineering experience
Prior experience with heating systems, ideally glasshouse heating
Experience in maintaining and repairing production machinery
Skills in fabrication using lathe and welding
Valid UK Driving License
Flexibility on working hours, including potential call-outs (only happened twice in the last year).
Ability to lead and be part of driven and motivated teams
