Purpose of Role - Maintenance Manager
Managing a small Maintenance Engineering Team Create and maintain a planned, preventative maintenance programme (PPM) React, diagnose and fix machinery Fault finding and diagnostics Manage and negotiate supplier contracts Deliver agreed plans and budgets, including established level of servicing Control all Engineering cost lines through robust planning and auditing This position will be very hands-on; you will be expected to get involved with fixing and repairing machinery.
Candidate Requirements - Maintenance Manager
The ideal candidate must come from the engineering industry as a Maintenance Manager. Ideally hold an electrical qualification such as C&G, HNC, HND, or similar. Experience gained in a manufacturing environment, ideally within Food or FMCG type business. Have a hands-on and proactive approach to engineering.
