Lincoln. Maintenance Manager

responsibilities will include: Management of all maintenance requirements across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs, and renovations. Conducting

planned preventative maintenance

and

systematic testing

of rooms and electrical equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating. Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required and

coordinating work performed by outside vendors. Conducting

staff training

on equipment and procedures. Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience. Responding to

maintenance emergencies. What you'll bring to the team You will already have experience as a Maintenance Person and have knowledge of the trade, regulations, and standards. To succeed in this role, you need to be confident, proactive, and able to take ownership of the safety and functionality of our hotels. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work are essential. Ensuring maintenance tasks are not overlooked and minor site emergencies do not become major site emergencies.
