• La Boulangère are now opening their first site in the UK (Lincolnshire) to replicate the process in France.
• Setting up the functioning of the Engineering department for new production facilities, including corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
• Leading the installation and commissioning of new equipment (2 production lines) during an 18-month start-up programme.
• Provide technical engineering expertise to site teams, troubleshooting complex issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage a CMMS system, ensuring accurate maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Set the example for the site team in food safety, quality, health and safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Confirmed role details

• £60,000-£69,000 (depending on experience) + bonus.
• Monday-Friday – Flexible working hours (core hours 10am-3pm).
