Our client is a leading food manufacturing business dedicated to delivering high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards in food safety, health, and safety. They are currently seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Manager to assist in delivering the Asset Care Plan and providing world-class engineering support to the site. Job Purpose:
The Maintenance Manager will play a key role in ensuring the site's equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The role involves pre-planning and preparing work orders, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Engineering Maintenance (REM) activities, and fostering a cost-driven culture that aims to design out repeat failures, maximise efficiencies, and uphold strict food safety and health and safety standards. Required Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a maintenance or engineering function. Experience within a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Strong understanding of CMMS systems and their role in improving site performance. Proven ability to lead RCA and REM activities. Project management experience, particularly in cost-saving and continuous improvement projects. Excellent contractor management skills. Strong knowledge of health and safety and food safety regulations. Salary:
