KEY SKILLS
Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering & 18th Edition Experience in a multi-skilled engineering environment HACCP Level 2 & Food Safety Level 2 The Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of 9 engineers. You will oversee the two sides in the factory: processing and packing.
Equipment in processing includes grinders, extrusions, and coolers.
Packing includes 5 packing lines, cartons, palletisers, and wrappers. You need to have knowledge of asset maintenance and a strong understanding of Food Safety.
There is a significant amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their skills considerably.
