Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations Review utilities consumption and strive to minimise costs Supervise the Maintenance Team and external contractors, with the support of the existing Maintenance Supervisor Coordinate a management system to help increase productivity and accountability Key Skills, Qualities & Experience
