Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager Norfolk Manufacturing/Chemicals/Oil and Gas Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing business based in Norfolk, we are looking to introduce a Maintenance Manager into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market. You will lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure. You will: Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards Requirements: Strong management experience Strong communication skills Experienced within Chemicals, Renewables, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Manufacturing Experience in a range of technical areas and with people management/ project leadership ability A strong Mechanical background Benefits: 33 days holidays Up to 10% matched pensions Performance bonus Private Health care Flexitime Life assurance 3x salary
