This market leading company is a subsidiary of a global multinational US business, dominating the packaging industry. Due to further expansion, they are looking for an ambitious individual to help grow the department.
You will take a hands-on approach assisting with the maintenance of all production machinery, whilst coordinating 2 maintenance engineers to ensure continuous improvement of all manufacturing processes.
This would suit a maintenance engineer from a manufacturing background, looking to step up into a management position with a successful and growing business offering plenty of training and development.
