Our client is a small but fast-growing business based in Woking recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager.
Duties will include:
Liaising with customers via email and phone Collating engineers' reports and generating quotations Working alongside our QS to manage engineer timings Carrying out invoicing on completed works Managing the diary to ensure jobs are running efficiently Conducting product research for pricing of materials Liaising with the bookings team regarding appointments Managing vehicle maintenance schedules
Requirements: Confident on the phone with an excellent telephone manner Strong administration and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office Customer-centric in approach and enjoys customer contact Able to multi-task and work well under pressure Complete all allocated tasks within the required time frame and to the required level of accuracy Flexible and collaborative in their work style Team player
