In your new Maintenance Operative job, you'll be part of a close-knit group making your offices the best they can be! Working with 2 other Maintenance Operatives, you'll be looking after 4 office sites in Central London. You'll be conducting planned maintenance works, but most of your time will be spent on basic electrical, plumbing, and building fabric repairs to keep the lights on and doors open for tenants. You will be interacting a lot with the tenants, so if you're the sort of person who enjoys a customer-facing maintenance role, this is the job for you! If you have hands-on commercial property maintenance experience, we'd love to hear from you! You will occasionally need to drive the maintenance van between sites, so you will need a full, valid UK driving licence.
