In addition, responsibility for managing the inventory of engineering parts, materials, tools, and equipment ensuring that all engineering supplies are properly stored, maintained, and readily available to support the engineering team. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Hours : 37.5 hours Monday to Friday Salary:

Responsibility for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime. This role involves developing maintenance strategies, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities. Coordinate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and other departments to plan and prioritise maintenance tasks. Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and tracked in the maintenance management system. Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Analyse maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Assist in the preparation of maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures. Provide training and support to maintenance staff on best practices and new procedures. Experience & Knowledge:

Experience in maintenance planning or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Excellent organisational skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and software.
