Are you a skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in aircraft maintenance and planning? We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team, ensuring our operations remain compliant, efficient, and airworthy. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating scheduled maintenance activities and material planning to support our fleet's performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the central point for short- and medium-term planning requirements, ensuring maintenance schedules and material needs are met.

* Ensure compliance with all EASA Part M and Part 145 airworthiness and maintenance regulations, alongside company procedures.

* Liaise with Operations Controllers, Technical Records, and the Maintenance Team to align on capability and capacity.

* Input Technical Log utilisation data into the maintenance system accurately.

* Review weekly aircraft status reports to maintain full compliance with the maintenance programme.

* Identify provisional maintenance dates based on projected aircraft utilisation and update the maintenance planning calendar accordingly.

* Evaluate material requirements for maintenance dates and raise reservations or purchase requisitions for any shortfalls.

* Prepare and issue aircraft scheduled maintenance orders and work specifications to minimise downtime.

* Confirm material availability for all scheduled maintenance events.

* Ensure the planning team's support and documentation fully meet the requirements for scheduled maintenance inputs.

* Reset maintenance tasks in the Maintenance Information System (MIS).

Essential Skills and Knowledge Required:

* Solid understanding of EASA regulations related to Part M and Part 145 Airworthiness and Maintenance requirements.

* Experience working with SAP and ERP software for Technical Records, Planning, and Maintenance.

* High proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Education and Qualifications:

* Formalised EASA Part 145 and Part M training is essential.

Desirable:

* Academic qualification in an aviation-related discipline (e.g., NVQ, BTEC, HNC/D).
