The Role: Engage in maintenance tasks within the Maintenance Unit, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, and prompt emergency responses. Undertake repairs and modifications involving toilets, basins, showers, and various pipework, contributing to the well-being of staff and students. Play a significant role in maintaining high standards in workshops and plant rooms, showcasing your commitment to excellence. Collaborate with a team of professionals, apprentices, and specialists, ensuring the smooth operation of building services. Benefits: A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £29,500 per annum.
