Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Plumber with their own vehicle to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector. This is an ongoing contract.
The majority of the work will be day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties as well as commercial plant rooms.
Duties:
Carrying out reactive maintenance in domestic properties and communal heating systems
Changing 2/3 port valves
Changing risers
Commercial pipework
Cylinder changes
Thermal Stores
Minimum Requirements:
Plumbing qualifications, Social Housing experience, full tools, a van, and a UK driving licence are essential for this role.
