What the role involves
- A world-leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead engineering excellence at one of its most significant global production sites.
- Develop a multi-skilled engineering team in a high-availability manufacturing environment.
- Own and implement robust Preventive & Autonomous Maintenance (PM/AM) strategies.
- Driving asset performance through TPM maturity and data-led continuous improvement.
- Maximise uptime and eliminate repeat failures using RCA, FMEA, and structured problem-solving.
- Optimise KPIs including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, and CMMS effectiveness.
Skills and requirements
- Degree-qualified in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years’ leadership experience in Maintenance & Reliability within regulated manufacturing (FMCG, pharma, food, medical devices, etc.).
- Strong expertise in TPM, Lean, CI, and Reliability Engineering methodologies.
- Develop, and motivate teams.
