WTW Maintenance services engineers are responsible for ensuring the cost-effective, environmentally conscious maintenance of all building engineering services and contributing with integrating sustainable designs to existing equipment and plant within our buildings. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, all equipment and materials involved with heating, boilers, pumps, building chillers, lighting, ventilation, air-conditioning and distribution systems, electrical distribution and UPS systems, standby generators, water supply distribution, sanitation, employee & public health, fire protection systems, safety systems, lifts & escalators operations, and building operation with BMS control systems. The Role: Principal Accountabilities Conduct Risk: To put the interests of our clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way you do business. Principal Duties/Responsibilities A multiskilled engineer (Mechanically qualified) is required: To join an established full-time ‘in-house’ maintenance team, including weekend working when required. Undertaking maintenance of all aspects of building services, working on a wide variety of plant. Operational knowledge of BMS systems (Johnson Controls and Simmtronics Lighting advantageous). Responsibilities would include reactive and planned maintenance to all Building Services. Participation in an out-of-hours callout procedure. Interaction with building users of all levels and third-party service providers is required. Qualifications

The Requirements: Candidates will need to show evidence of the following: Mechanical/Electrical approved Apprenticeship with experience in large office environments. Gas Safe and FGAS regulations/knowledge desirable. Knowledge of HSG274 and trained on water distribution systems ACOPL8 (Cooling Towers desirable). Knowledge of BMS & Controls Systems use. LV/UPS/Generator experience within a building services environment. Problem-solving & Analytical ability within the building services environment. Communication skills at all levels. The ability to work as part of a team or individually. Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and legislation (NVQs/CITB/IOSH/NEBOSH). Health & Safety courses related to building services, WAH, IPAF, PASMA, PUWER, MH, COSHH etc. Microsoft applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint IT competency & numeracy.
