Oil and Gas Maintenance Superintendent opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the delivery of safe and efficient oil and gas maintenance projects for a global energy solutions provider. The role involves providing technical support, supervision, and mentoring to both onshore and site-based teams, ensuring the highest standards of operational and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support the successful execution of system projects.
Provide technical, operational, and business support to enhance the performance of Cable and Pipe Lay Systems (CPLS).
Mentor onshore project controls, engineering teams, and site-based technicians, ensuring project standards and safety protocols are upheld.
Lead root cause analyses, after-action reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct audits and site inspections to ensure operational compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive service and technical excellence.
Actively contribute to promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in Oil and Gas is important.
Adequate onshore engineering experience to support project execution.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
