A one-stop-shop that manufactures high precision components for an array of industries across the UK and overseas, is now seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Supervisor.
This is a hands-on role, where you will lead a small team of 2 by example.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will include:
Supervising a small team, currently consisting of 1 Engineer and 1 Apprentice Providing electrical/mechanical maintenance for site facilities, Foundry equipment and machinery, including CNC machinery (Romi, Mazak) Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns Reading and working from electrical/panel drawings, fault finding down to a component level PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery To be successful in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, the ideal candidate will:
Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry/manufacturing Have an electrical qualification (level 3 or above) Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc) On offer:
A basic salary of up to 50K Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm 33 days holiday, including bank holidays Based in the West Midlands, this role is commutable from Bridgnorth, Bromsgrove, Wolverhampton, Redditch, Smethwick and all surrounding areas.
